Siklab Core is a Philippines-based sole proprietorship. We are a small operation, so email is the only support channel — there is no phone line and no live chat, and we would rather say that than have you wait on one that does not exist.

What to include

Do not email secrets. Never send an API key, password, or licence private key. We will never ask for one.
Billing is handled by Paddle
Paddle is our Merchant of Record — it is the seller on your receipt and card statement. For a charge you do not recognise, a tax/VAT invoice, or a payment-method change, Paddle can help directly, and so can we. Refund requests: see the Refund Policy.
