1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms are between you and Siklab Core ("we", "us"), covering this website, the purchase of a licence, and support. Your use of the software itself is governed by the EULA.
2. Payment and the Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction: it takes payment, charges and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax, and appears on your card statement. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these Terms.
3. What you get
- First Build — free. One complete app, the full workflow, source yours to keep, commercial use
permitted. No card and no account required.
- Paid licence. Unlimited builds while your subscription is active, on the number of devices your tier
authorises. Pricing, tier and device count are stated at checkout and are what governs — this page does not set the price.
Founding pricing, where offered, is a limited introductory rate held for as long as the subscription stays continuously active; if it lapses, renewal is at the standard rate then published.
4. You supply the AI
Siklab Core contains no AI model and no API key. It drives an AI command-line tool you install and pay for separately. You are responsible for that subscription, its cost, its quota, and complying with that provider's terms. If your AI tool is unavailable, out of quota, or rate-limited, Siklab Core cannot build, and that is not a defect in our software (see the Refund Policy).
5. AI output — read what you ship
Siklab Core generates software with AI. Generated code can be wrong, insecure, or unsuitable, and can resemble other code. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to use or ship anything it produces, and for its licensing and compliance in your context. Automated checks — including browser testing where applicable — reduce risk; they do not replace your judgement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Siklab Core to build or distribute malware, to infringe others' rights, to violate any law, or to attack anyone's systems. Do not attempt to defeat the licence mechanism.
7. Availability
The software runs on your machine and does not need us to be online. The website, downloads, and licence issuance are provided as-is and may be interrupted.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The software and site are provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You may stop at any time; see the Refund Policy for cancellation. We may suspend or terminate a licence that breaches these Terms or the EULA.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your home jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
