Summary

You can build one complete app before paying anything. That free First Build runs the whole workflow end to end and the source is yours to keep — so you can judge the product properly before spending money.

And every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes any refund.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Within 30 days of your purchase, email [email protected] with your order ID and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify it. If something is wrong we would rather hear why so we can fix it, but an answer is not a condition of the refund.

Two things this cannot cover, because they are not ours to give back:

• what your AI provider charged you. Siklab Core drives an AI CLI you supply and pay for separately.

Those tokens were spent with them, not with us, and we cannot refund another company's bill.

• purchases older than 30 days, except where the law gives you a longer right (see §4).

2. Subscriptions

• Cancel renewal at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues to the end of the

period you already paid for, and every app you already built stays yours, including its source.

• Renewal charges are not refundable except where the law requires, or at our discretion for an accidental

renewal you tell us about promptly.

3. Not refundable

• Purchases where the licence mechanism has been circumvented, or the Terms or EULA breached.
• Any separately negotiated agreement, which follows its own written terms.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits refund or withdrawal rights the law gives you — for example EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights for digital content, subject to their conditions. Those rights apply in addition to this policy.

5. How a refund is issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. On refund the associated licence is deactivated; a subscription lapses at the end of the period already paid for.
